I lead SEO and AI search work at the executive level by day. Technical SEO, GEO, AEO, LLM citation, Share of Model, the whole evolving mess. Fifteen-plus years in. I know what I'm talking about and I'm tired of pretending otherwise.

By night, this. I've been blogging on and off for over two decades. Did it before it was cool, did it when it was cool, doing it again now that everyone's pretending blogs are dead.

This is where I write about whatever I want. SEO opinions, working-mom field reports, grief, joy, half-formed political rants, and whatever else surfaces. No content calendar. No niche. Just me.

Started with teen angst. Graduated to documenting a decade-plus of infertility, pregnancy loss, and the mental health wreckage of both. Now I'm a mom to two kids, the result of IVF transfers #6 (Elizabeth, 2020) and #8 (Finnegan, 2023). Married to my best friend Bill since 09/09/09.

In my "free time" I cook, bake, play video games, and do local stuff. Restaurants, festivals, sports, museums, whatever's on.
